What the core website includes
Clear scope before work starts.
The accepted quote records the final page count and the individual service pages included. The standard website is generally 5–10 pages.
Natural website copy
Focused copy for the agreed pages, written around the business rather than filled with generic agency language.
Custom responsive design and build
A business-specific visual direction and working pages designed for phone, tablet and desktop.
Individual agreed service pages
Each agreed service gets its own useful page instead of being buried in a vague list.
Advanced on-page SEO
Page titles, descriptions, heading structure, internal links, useful service content and technical on-page essentials within scope. Rankings are not guaranteed.
Direct enquiry paths
Phone, WhatsApp and email links are placed where prospective customers can act. Crestwell's Contact page also includes a WhatsApp enquiry form that opens a ready-to-send message without storing the details on the website.
Domain and launch infrastructure
Website domain and hosting setup, SSL, website-related DNS and launch checks. Email hosting and mailbox management are excluded.
QA and one reasonable revision
Desktop and mobile checks, client review and one focused revision within the agreed direction and scope.
Twelve months of hosting and care
Hosting management, website-related SSL and DNS monitoring, technical-health oversight, support and reasonable minor changes within the limits written into the quote.

Once the working website is ready, you can refine the copy, content and presentation within the agreed direction. If you want a new direction, more pages, new systems or repeated rounds of changes, I'll scope that separately before doing the work.
What happens after launch
Your first year of hosting and care is included.
Your first 12 months of website hosting and care are included in either payment route. After month 12, that service continues at R99 per month, paid by EFT and running month-to-month.

The accepted agreement should state notice, due dates and the practical handover steps that apply if post-year care ends.
A clear handover
You are not locked in.
Crestwell keeps its pre-existing systems, reusable code, internal tools and working methods. Your agreement clearly explains the rights you receive in the completed website and the material you supplied.
Once-off route
After the required project payments are settled, the agreed website rights and handover terms apply as written in the accepted agreement.
Monthly route
The agreed website package files are handed over after the fixed 12-month term is complete and all required payments have been settled.
Domain transfer
If you end website care or request a move, Crestwell supports the agreed domain transfer and website handover process. Email and mailbox services remain outside Crestwell's scope.
Scope without surprises
What is not included in the core package.
The following work is excluded unless Crestwell agrees to it separately in writing:
- Email hosting, mailbox setup, migration or deliverability support
- Paid advertising
- Full brand identity
- Professional photography
- E-commerce
- Advanced booking systems
- Added pages or integrations beyond the accepted quote
- Unlimited revisions, updates or support

Is the monthly website a lower-quality version?
No. The R2,499 once-off route and the R349 monthly route include the same core website scope. Only the payment structure changes.
Can I cancel the R349 monthly route early?
The monthly route has a fixed initial 12-month term. It is not the R99 month-to-month care service that applies after the first year. The signed agreement records the payment dates and any provisions that apply during that fixed term.
When do monthly clients receive the website files?
After the initial 12-month term is complete and all required payments have been settled, Crestwell supplies the agreed website package files under the handover terms in the signed agreement.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting and website care continue at R99 per month, paid by EFT and running month-to-month. The signed agreement should explain notice and handover if that service ends.
Do you handle the domain, hosting and SSL?
Yes. The core scope includes website domain and hosting setup, SSL and website-related DNS. Crestwell does not provide email hosting or mailbox management.
Does the package include every service page I might add later?
It includes the individual service pages agreed in the accepted quote, within the overall 5–10 page scope. Added services or pages need separate scope.
Can you guarantee Google rankings or more enquiries?
No. Crestwell includes advanced on-page SEO and clear enquiry paths within scope, but rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales and revenue depend on factors outside the website build.
